Returns
Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size. Please check size charts carefully when you order and note that many items use Unisex sizing. Please do not send anything back to the return address on the package you receive, unless you contact us first. Please enter your shipping information carefully, as the Derby will be charged for additional shipping if your order has to be returned to the shipping facility and re-sent due to an incorrect shipping address.

Damaged or Missing Goods
If you need to return an item because it is damaged or defective or if your order does not arrive, please contact us promptly at mvderbycommittee@gmail.com so we can file a claim with our printing partner. No items may be returned due to damage or defect after 3 weeks of the estimated arrival date.

Items Not Stocked By Us
The Derby does not stock any of these products on-hand or on-Island or at Derby HQ or otherwise. The 75th merchandise sold online is unique and may not be the same as items sold in past years at Derby HQ. The Vineyard Vines 75th Derby hats are not for sale online and may only be obtained on-island, by way of registering for the Derby.

They print our Derby products with care at their production and fulfillment centers.. Everyone at these facilities enjoys paid time off, healthcare benefits, and a safe and friendly work environment. Each facility has implemented social responsibility programs like LED lighting and recycling programs for paper, plastic, and glass. They also donate damaged products to charitable organizations. They source products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply to labor, environmental, and safety standards.
